6. Creating Usable Sales and Marketing Plans
The aim of this workshop is to help you gain the practical to marketing skills and be able to identify the key areas to your business that need to be foccussed on to create a sales and marketing plan that works.
A sales and marketing plan provides the backbone to the direction you take when marketing and selling your product. A clear and direction driven plan will help to achieve the desired goals of your company.
