Building a high performance IT sales channel isn’t easy.

It’s a tough market and selling indirectly in the past meant applying skills that were often only able to be learned on the job – usually with mixed and sometimes confusing results.

Dynamic Channel Management solves these problems by developing the channel and territory management skills of managers and channel sales executives. This hands-on workshop covers the insights, tools and skills necessary to understand partner motivators, and to develop strategies for improving sales performance though better channel design and management.
